Proper multiplayer in Skyrim is a tough nut to crack, and if a novice modder can pull it off, I will be extremely impressed. If you are really interested in playing some co-op Skyrim, set up a vanilla profile in MO with just Tamriel Online (and USLEEP/USKP, obviously) and join one of the popular public servers near your geographical location. My advice? Give it a few more months for Seigfre to add more features and clean up bugs.
Game progress in any meaningful sense would be difficult, as full NPC synchronization hasn't been implemented, and there are still a daunting number of bugs. I don't mean to burst your bubble, but Tamriel Online still isn't quite in a state where it would be considered playable beyond just messing around "for fun". Hello everyone, I am currently looking for a server to play on with the new Skyrim mod out by the name of "Tamriel Online." You see, back when the game came out I was still a teenager and at the time the best mod idea i could think of was to play this game online with a bunch of friends.
